Co-founder/ owner of Nonstop Locksmith, Eli is head of the High Security Locksmith department at NONSTOP Locksmith providing estimates for access control systems, deals with various lock divisions, and is knowledgeable in electronics, access control systems and intercom systems. Eli received his locksmith diploma from Acme Locksmith school in 2009. He is a true leader whose management approach is to support and empower, not interfere, with the end goal of achieving optimal results through problem solving, flexibility and attention to detail. Helping to enhance their business and optimize client service with his diligence.

After serving in the army as commander of airplane communication, Eli worked in an electric company for nearly three years becoming head own low voltage division. His experience in as a commander paved the way to becoming owner of Nonstop Locksmith, where his expertise in the electrical field is still constantly being used. His personal and professional experiences gives him an acute understanding of the varying types of security needs that customers look for when seeking expert locksmith services and also contribute to a robust business with an extensive roster of satisfied customers.
Eli a native Chicago resident, appreciates the idea of providing quality locksmith services, and loves meeting new people and facing new challenges. Eli enjoys riding dirt bikes in the summer, exploring Chicago and watching movies.
Ruby has qualifications of 7 plus years in customer service and managerial duties such as customer service phone calls, administrative work, and manages over 15 employees; she is an important contributing factor into our well-constructed and organized office. Ruby works to inspire and motivate teamwork for achieving goals and influences valuable changes. During her personal time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family. She also has a high interest in cosmetics and esthetics and loves giving herself at home manicures and pedicures.
Alex was born in chicago Illinois. Things he does in his spare time are playing video games, reading and watching horror movies. He likes being a locksmith beause he likes making people feel secure and happy about their security. Apart from that providing various options for a door people will see and abuse every day. Alex is the “go to guy” when it comes to providing estimates on securing residential and commercial buildings. He has over 15 years of customer service behind his belt and 3 years of management. The new experiences and different challenges he encounters on the field are what thrives him to further his skill set. Brandon is a jack of all trades and can assist with recommendations to improve a building’s overall security needs. His 10 years of locksmith and 15 years of carpentry experience has lead him to specialize in welding, low voltage, locks, and door & frame work. Brandon’s ability to think outside the box is second nature to him when a project gets difficult. It definitely fuels him to find a solution for our client and their needs. Brandon received a BA Degree in Political Science and in his spare time he likes to work on constructing or working with tools that will enable him to have a better work performance.
Nick, the leading locksmith technician at Nonstop Locksmith specializes in our low voltage technology division working on intercoms, cameras, and card access systems. He has a background in wood working and engineering. In his free time he enjoys playing video games, reading books, and watching anime.
A Chicago resident since 2011 has experience in sales and distribution for more than 20 years. Ian is excited to be learning the new trade of locksmithing and mixing it with his solid business experience and work ethic. In his spare time Ian dedicates his time to his family and friends.
Life-long Chicago resident, Josh been in the security and safety industry for over 10 years. He has extensive knowledge with standard and high-security locks as well as with low voltage wiring configuration. He enjoys the feeling of helping people, utilizing his extensive industry knowledge to approach each technical issue like a puzzle to solve. With each lock repair service he performs, Josh refines his skills; and over the years in the field, he has refined his technique in order to isolate the most common issues customers have with locks, and to implement the most complete, most efficient, and most long-lasting solutions – leaving their locks in nearly brand-new, ideal working condition. In his spare time Josh likes outdoor sports including fishing – as well as proudly being a nationally certified firearm instructor. Josh also has a deep interest in weather systems and actually became an officially trained weather spotter for the National Weather Service! He provides Nonstop with the technical know-how to roll with the punches and consistently provide answers and instant solutions to our valued customers.

His previous experience includes carpentry work and over 5 years of maintenance duties. Mike’s cheerful personality creates a great experience for coworkers and customers alike. Mike is a super fan of the Blackhawks and enjoys fantasy tv shows and reading books in the off season.
Maricela provides Nonstop Locksmith with her outgoing, optimistic personality as well as a level of superior customer service expertise bolstered by her passion for helping people. In her spare time, Maricela volunteers, reads books, takes road trips, and spends time with family – including her dog Mocha. She loves football and cheering for her favorite team, the Denver Broncos!
Gloria is an in-store technician assigned with the duties of ordering specialty parts and taking care of customers in the key shop. She is always seeking new challenges and to learn new things to better serve our customers. Gloria is a certified lift equipment trainer and loves working with tools and using her hands. She has been providing excellent customer service for nearly 12 years. In her time off Gloria can be found exploring the city with family and friends, or at home watching horror movies with her cat/beast ‘Porkchop’.
Our talented accountant and bookkeeper – and happy mother of two kids – began her career in accounting back in her native country over 30 years ago. Since then, I’ve helped companies throughout her career with all facets of their accounting needs. Aside from her professional career, Edith enjoy reading books about psychology, natural medicine, and the Bible, as well as watching movies (especially action and mysteries; her favorite actor is Steven Seagal) – but above all, enjoys spending time with her children. Edith helps hold Nonstop Locksmith financials to her rigorous organizational eye, keeping the wheels of our company consistently turning.
Abby helps answer our calls and coordinate our locksmith dispatch team. She is the mother of two boys, and working to receive her bachelor’s degree as an American Sign Language Interpreter. My name is Heather, I recently moved here from Knoxville, TN. While Chicago is fun, winter is rad, the Cubs and Hawks are awesome, I miss my Smoky Mountains, and SEC football. I’m a US Army veteran, and am very proud of my country and our service members.
