Non-Stop sent Chuck to do my door. I had to change keys because my abusive boyfriend finally moved out. He was very friendly and very professional. He even arrived about 5 minutes before the time he was supposed to be! He told me that he has worked for this company since they opened. It took him only about 20 minutes to do everything. The price is reasonable: $65 flat rate and $35 per door. I work on a customer service-oriented job and I can definitely say that this company excels in that part.
If you need a locksmith in the Logan Square, Avondale area, don’t waste your time with other companies. Just call Non-Stop! Thanks, Chuck!
These guys truly are one in a million! Top of the line products and service!!! I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Shimon-THANK YOU for the new camera/door bell!!! I love it!!
Had a car lockout and needed an ignition key. Went to the Infiniti and Nissan dealership (Berman’s Infiniti) to “try” and get stuff sorted out but was met with bad service and tons of misinformation which left a bad impression. One person said one thing and the tech said another. I lost a lot of time and wasted effort trying to get stuff from the dealer’s service center.
Then I got a referral to Non-Stop locksmith to get the job done. Quote was accurate had a great job done, courteous service and fast quality work. Dude made keys on the spot! My tech Robert went up and beyond my expectations to help me out of a jam
My husband and I just bought our first place and needed the locks changed. Being that we needed it done quickly and after business hours (right after closing), I took a chance on going with the first place on Yelp. I couldn’t be happier!! CHRIS came out and was fantastic. He’s very knowledgeable on his craft and super friendly. He got the job done fast and the locks/keys work great.
I’m actually about to call again, right now, to change another lock we didn’t know to change that night (for a storage room). Now, I’ve never needed locks changed, but I thought the prices to be reasonable. They charge by the item, not the hour, and gave me pricing right over the phone.
Nothing starts your Sunday morning off like realizing your keys are in your locked car.
I called a couple of places up and was super annoyed to hear they charge $15 for a visit and then charge “$35 and up” for service. I kept prompting a woman to give me an estimate and finally she admitted that $35 opened up a “simple box, like a file cabinet”. Are you joking me? I have a car, not a file cabinet. This is how they get you – they end up coming out and all of a sudden, your $35 estimate is now $140. No thanks.
After checking out Yelp reviews, I found Non-Stop Locksmith and was intrigued by the 5 star reviews. I gave them a call and a man answered – he told me straight off the bat that it’d be approximately $100. They charged $45 for a visit, but the service fees would be lower. He also encouraged me to call my insurance agent to see if they’d cover the fees. I appreciated the tip.
I decided to go with Non-Stop Locksmith and thirty minutes later, a legit looking SUV pulled up and a friendly man popped my lock. It only took about 5 minutes and was pain-free. When he asked how I heard about them, I mentioned Yelp and they gave me a discount- love it!
All in all, it cost $100 after the discount. Cost effective, quick service, friendly employees- what more could you want?? I’d definitely use them again!
‘Never thought I would need a locksmith, but then I lost my only mailbox key after a fun filled day of shopping to 50 gazillion stores
Trying to go with the motto- ignorance is bliss. I didn’t check my mail for a month, putting it off as long as possible, until I started to get scared that something important was waiting for me (property tax with horrendous late fees, a mailed traffic ticket that I’ve never gotten before, a subpoena punishable by jail time, etc.)
So, I bit the bullet and Yelped Non-Stop Locksmith after my building manager recommended them. After seeing all the great reviews and the fact that they were a 24 hr service, I was sold. Called in the evening around 6 PM. At first there was no answer so I left a message detailing what I needed done and my phone #. They quickly called me back within 5 min stating they could be there 30min to an hour. Fifteen minutes later they showed up at my door and were able to fix the lock and provide me with a new set of keys in less than 20 minutes. It was the easiest home maintenance thing ever.
I got 10% off for mentioning Yelp and they were able to charge it on credit card no problem. So I was left a happy customer with access to my mailbox full of junk mail. Whoooo. Thanks Non-stop Locksmith, you’re the best!
